They replied that the package shipped was approximately 690gr so it was shipped correctly.
They discovered the item weight is 530 and DHL reported that the box was not opened during customs.
So they're not issuing refund.

They didn't respond to all of your my requests.

In addiction... I say you the item weight is 116gr (also based on manufacturer original website) and not 530. Maybe they considered both watch and box of the watch.
