I just spoke to Apple Customer Support and explained what happened, AirPods and Case were missing and so on.
The dude typed everything in his system, and it spit out that I have to send them a PR and photos of the Shipping Box, AirPods Box and Serial Number.
I explained that this would be idiotic since the box was sealed, so there's no way a shipping mistake happened.
He agreed and spoke to his team leader.
Minutes after, he told me that there's however, no way around it.
Is it possible to end up in a blacklisted product?

Also, my biggest problem is the PR because tomorrow my $1K Apple Watch Ultra arrives from Amazon. Maybe I need a PR for that too.
And 2 PRs at the same time for missing item is sus....is it?

But since my Amazon Account is old af with over 80 orders, I am not sure if a PR will be required.
