Chase,. Citibank and American Express are probably the best but I don't qualify. I have a Bank Of America credit card and the only company that puts up a fight is Amazon so you need to send in proof. Every other company really doesn't fight it and you win most of the time even hotels if you say it was dirty.. I lost an Amazon iPad Pro 12.9" dispute but I appealed it and eventually won.
