quick update, i called instead of opening a new chat. the guy told me he would send a mail needing pictures of the box, funny thing is that he offered a replacement right away but when i asked for a refund he needed to check with his colleague. regardless hopefully he won´t make it difficult like my last rep (which was a dick), if he does i will ask for photos prior to shipment.
