recently tried the bose quiet comforts 2, but i was told the weight was correct and the "team" managing my order comfirmed they were inside.  i was told to contact ups, any input?

Tell them to provide proof about the items being in the box and the exact weight.

forgot to clarify, but yes eb. i definetly could do that tomorrow, but i wouldn´t know what to do if they either a) provided proof or b) just denies my claim. and should i even contact ups
just some context i did clarify multiple times that there was no damage on the box and the order is via paypal (i have multiple purchases via paypal but i am currently disputing the quest 2)
