I do partial of 4 of 15 items.

They first say ok to refund/resend, and the investigation team deny it...
I call them two times more and they deny it again,

What was their reason to decline your claim?

They say that dont take care about delivery problems. I call them 5 times to say, its not a delivery problem, i receive it with less items. Again same mail... 4 times with the same result in investigation team.
