I went ahead, called them and told them that the box was empty. The rep told me that I had to send pictures via email which I did. Later I got a reply that was asking for a police report.

I’m not sure if I should go ahead with the SE and if so how to even get a police report for that kind of stuff. What do y’all think, especially you, Mothered?
