Well thanks, I will contact them again for the disposal of faulty item method. The only thing left is to figure out how to repair the issue of PoP cross-checking, any idea?

The corrupted file method can be used, but do expect a lengthy process.

This is what they meant by valid proof of purchase:

Include a copy of your valid Proof of Purchase
A valid Proof of Purchase should contain:

    Store Name
    Item Name
    Price
    Purchase Date
    Serial Number
