Sorry, haven't been on here for a while. They proceeded to check their warehouse and track by camera the package from the time it was scanned at the facility to the time it was put in a truck for dispatch. Still waiting for that. But they're going above and beyond. I really wasn't expecting it to be that much of a hassle.

Additionally, they said if they can't find evidence the item was damaged during shipping phase, then they will decline the claim.
