Also because when doing the wrong Item method i guess paypal will want a picture of the wrong item and if the seller sees the picture will recognize that is the cheap product, no?

Correct, but you're claiming to have received a wrong Item (the cheap product) to what was originally ordered, so the photo justifies It.

Ok, thanks a lot, will order the cheap product now, before is too late. Also can i use the phone meanwhile? Is an android that the shop previously opened to test and review it. Or is better to wait after paypal refund?
