I am replying to the email I received yesterday at 5:53 pm in which you accuse me of having sent back a "counterfeitReturn".
I dispute your accusations, it has indeed been more than 4 months since I sent back the original article, in its original box, which I never opened.
You can't accuse me of fraud when the return of the item has been processed for so long. I don't know the Amazon protocols but I suspect that for more than 4 months the product must have passed through many hands and anyone could have had access to it in your warehouses. Moreover, you ask me to send back the original product before "June 2" but we are in October...

With so many inconsistencies and the fact that so much time has passed between the processing of the return and your email, your accusations cannot hold water.

I therefore dispute your assumption (because it is nothing more), it is not based on any evidence and is purely defamatory. I have always been a loyal amazon customer and I would never have thought that one day you would have tried such a maneuver on any basis.

If you still want to charge me again I will have to refer to my bank and stop the payment.
