You go for the paypal claim only when they say they will refund your order, but never refund it?

I started a eb claim and opend PayPal dispute the day after for the unit itself and seperatley for x2 acsscories billed seperatley.

After 6 days they offerd a refund for the unit so case closed early. Then the seperate cases for accessories had no response from meta and paypal refunded me.
