i requested a return label and they sent it but the day after i got an email saying they recieved the item and are processing my refund. i didnt even send it back. what should i do? do you think the refund will go through cause they think i sent it?

I'd say you just sit and wait. I experienced similar situations with different stores, they did everything themselves: sent me a return label, said they had received and were now processing my return, and then finally finalized the refund... all in a matter of hours! It's how some stores behave per protocol.
