Has anyone hit sunglasshut DNA? looking at two pairs I want

I did PEB, but some reason it was perceived as DNA. It was successful, but I had my local UPS guy banging my door down.

what u mean u had ur ups guy bang your door down? did he show up at you house and insulted you or something like that? I ask this because I just claimed a dna on an order and dont know what the guy who delivered it will do

Like Mothered said, just ignore the driver if he comes. As far as Sunglass Hut goes, they will pretty much immediately refund you, but they may ask UPS to investigate even after you get your money back.

UPS driver has to do an investigation when a customer complains about DNA. The dude was upset because he delivered the package, and Sunglass Hut said that I never received it.
