I did go through their terms of conditions, Here some points I'll outline.

PCcasegear had very little regarding lost in transit orders, this is really all I could find regarding it and it doesn't even tell us much;
8.5 Claims for damage in transit, incorrect delivery or incorrect item receipt must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery and the goods returned to PCCG within 14 days of approval. There is no cover offered for issues reported after this time frame.

There's no mention of lost shipments.

It's a common occurrence, so surely It must be listed somewhere In their terms.

Mwave;
Mwave.com.au will advise the Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Mwave.com.au will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Again, no mention of loss of goods.

If It's not stated, the DNA may well work In your favor - they don't have any Information to support their decision to decline It.

Ikr, I scoured their policies reading through crap for a good 20 minutes, couldn't find anything so hopefully it works. Worse can scenario I just return it normally or resell and lose a little profit. Aye btw bro I appreciate you helping everyone out with their SEing, I always see you commenting on like every post <3

looking forward to hearing your outcome, keep me updated
