As well as pressing for the charger, you can also go with DNA and for your replacement. It’s worked twice for me so far 😃

Yeah, it looks like Pax customer service has an extremely high faith in humankind and trusts everything people tell them.
I got 3 vaporizers shipped to the same address, changing my name only (and it looks like it doesn't even matter, they grab the name and last name from the email address itself... like, let's say I'm registered on Gmail as King Charles, they'd send the replacement to King Charles etc... lol).
I won't go for DNAs just because I'm in friendly terms with all couriers delivering in my area, else it'd be too damn easy with Pax
