I sent the e-mail to the customer service support as an attachment, she replied that FedEx is waiting for further confirmation because the package might've been damaged by a car crash after delivery (what...?). She mentionned FedEx is going to check their cameras to see if there was a car crash after the package had been delivered. How does that make any sense.

Yeah, right.

In all my years of social engineering, I've yet to experience such a lame excuse to stall the claim. When you receive their reply, we'll tackle It from there.
