I tried an EB but the amazon representative asked me for a police report against the carrier to be able to issue a refund, the problem being that I would like if possible to bypass this I can try again by calling amazon to find a new representative?

Can the delivery person have problems for this kind of incident? I don't want to put the delivery person in trouble
