"I wanted to let you know that we are going to open an investigation with the courier regarding your empty package.
This can take some time to conclude and may potentially involve the courier reaching out to you directly and coming back to do an investigation on site. We will follow up once we have more details from the courier.
Please let us know if you have any other updates or if you're able to locate the unit (then we will call off the investigation). "
