Arrived. Removed product and shipping air-pillows form box. Claimed EB in support chat, they asked for pictures of the box. They've now followed up with an email requesting to see the package's label. I'm trying to avoid giving them any sort of upper-hand so I'm going to ignore it and request a refund through chat again tomorrow. If they ask for a picture of the label again, I'll simply say I chucked it cause why would I keep an EB lmfao.

It's totally fine to send a picture of that label, even if the weight is clearly stated, this worked fine up until today
