So I just called the service department. I had a consultant call her supervisor.

Blahblah...

He sent me a document to fill out to indicate, the date of shipment, the product etc....
1 week later, still no answer. I'm still waiting for the beginning of next week to call back knowing that I've reminded again by email.

Pathetic customer service.

Repeatedly contact them until they attend to your needs.

Finally, 1 month later. I received my refund.

Moral, never let go. And yet given the start it was very bad.
