Just to give you a feedback guys, I think my back is against the wall haha... I asked a re-escalation while explaining the whole situation. Basically I said this :

"Hello,

Thanks for you answer but I still don't understand how you cannot see the stamp on the bottom right corner of the Police Report with the date of today (XX AUG 2022). And as of the "complaint status" as I said, since there were no sign of theft (parcel fully closed and not tempered, product packaging fully enclosed too) the Police doesn't want to start an investigation because nobody stole anything, it's just an error during the production or the packing of the product at the factory as it can happen from time to time.

But even though, I received an an email saying that they will take care of this matter (even though it doesn't make any sense since nobody did anything, just bad luck), so please find once again in this email : the Police Report (with the stamp) and the email saying that the police will take care of this matter.

Please escalate this matter to the people competent, I really want to move on from this issue...

I think that I won't be able to do more. The reps are not willing to listen to me.
