It was easier than ray-ban. After receiving the delivery I sent them email with a pic for EB. Next day they replied with asking refund or replacement. After that I just had to wait for 4 days for refund to be credited in my account.

I concur. Oakley's refund was very straightforward, while Ray Ban's had a little "hiccup" along the way: they said my return number (not that I had to return anything, they just treat all refunds as returns) hadn't worked properly, so they had to manually adjust a lil things and issue the refund. After that, it took the exact same time as Oakley for the money to get back into my account.
