They showed me pics of it in the damn warehouse sealed.

Just gonna claim my cousin opened it and hid it from me and will process a return.

Wish i saw this before i tried sony haha. Mine flopped too. Sony defo a no go.

Did you say the box was tampered with? How can they prove that the buds were in the box even if it's sealed? Unless they have xray vision CCTV cameras they cannot prove it.

Yup said buds werent in the package but they just outright denied and said that was not possible.
