Basically they said that the order number was missing and the stamp form the police station which both was not missing !

Send them your copy that clearly shows the details they claim to be missing.

And also the fact that the police did not write precisely that they were gonna investigate this matter. BUT IT'S NORMAL BECAUSE THERE IS NO SIGN OF THEFT.
