Yeah, very light. They probably didn't do any checks just outright lie to me. But still getting copy paste answers lol. I keep telling them police doesn't provide police reports for such matter and they just reply with oh sorry cant do anything about it

They answer real quick today but all I am getting is same answers - you need to provide report and we can not give more details etc.
I told them it's impossible to get the police report as police denied me saying it wasn't even a crime, since package was not tampered etc. To which they give same replies. Impossible to deal with these people, seems they don't even properly read my emails

What details are they referring to?

Also, tell them to email you the carrier's record of the weight.

Remember to be adamant, a cpu should be too light to make a weight difference
