I did some reading on it and I read somewhere that companies like Nike adidas and Amazon prioritise customer satisfaction so if the order isn’t too big and it was a first time they’ll just give you the refund. Don’t take my word for that though but that could be why.

Just to clarify you did a full tracksuit jacket and trousers right?
