in germany you make a report against "unknown" with the police and after they finish their investigation it goes to another law-instance. once they complete it you somewhen get a letter. It legit takes forever.

Explain this to Amazon.

As long as the claim remains open, refunds can be Issued.

UPDATE: after nearly 3 months back and forth they issued a refund. all I can say is, that it's all about the rep you get on the phone for me ngl
