In my opinion, you can try an empty box claim. Typically you are processed 2 refunds per account per year. May I ask, are you a Nike member? This will surely speed up the process.

Sup,I just made an order from nike for some sneakers worth 179 euros and I'm planning to SE them when it arrives but the thing is that I don't know which method to use since it will be delivered to a locker. Any advice on what method is best to use?

from my personal experience i always chose peb when SEìng clothes, i take 1 or 2 hoodies and 3 expensive clothes. or i do 1 cheap hoodie, one expensive one and a pair of shoes. it has worked pretty easy on zalando and adidas, so i assume it works on nike the next time you order
