you are SEing, you are obtaining the refund through SE, and in terms of requiring ID in person, its incredibly easy to SE the worker into handing over the parcel, you can simply say you don't have a license and you are currently getting your passport renewed and waiting for it to be delivered, if he doesn't budge, show the POP emails, and the emails that it was indeed you who chose to ship it here if they exist that is, if he doesn't hand it over after that, you'll have to use force and fight. <3

edit: you can also just photoshop existing ID, they will most definitely accept that

It still doesn't change the fact that I won't be able to do it more than 1 time or 2 at best. And would need to change location every now and then, and on the other side could work with a reship company that would simply ship the package to my house after receiving it easy and simple no question asked.
But if Canadian Moose is using this service, it would be interesting to hear how he uses it. Only for SE or refund fake id or not etc etc..
