Yes, even sunglass hut do that, some days ago the ups currier came for the package that I claimed as EB, but the refund was completed so he went with nothing XD

The same happened to me when EBing Ray Ban, even though they sent a different courier than UPS: the refund was completed and I didn't give him anything.
This time, though, it looks like the return was marked as finalized since the beginning
