She’s stating as the pic is outside my house, I need to sign it.

It's ridiculous how she's trying to justify signing the document based on a photo of your external property.

It is really silly tbf as I haven’t recieved the item and they Tryna make me sign something?  I’ll try get my way out of it what do you think?

I don't agree with how they're going about It, but It's only a document for nonreceipt of goods, and simply required to move forward with your claim.

Ultimately, It's your call If you wish to oppose It.
