Do not try DNA on adidas. I recently tried this with 2 pairs of UB from them and been going back and forth with Adidas. They did a claim with FedEx and they said gps indicated it was delivered. Claim failed and adidas can't do anything about it. I tried pestering adidas every 2 days but the issue stands. I've disputed with my cc company. Wish I had tried a different SE method with them.
