Regarding B&H, from what I read and found on different forums, they are responsible for any issue related to the shipping or package itself.

Double-check It against their terms and conditions.

That's the only thing I was able to find on their website in their terms and conditions section :
''B&H will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. B&H's liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.''

So I can either claim DNA or Empty Box. Which do you think would be better?

In terms of the EB, what's the precise weight of the Item Itself?

Package of the item weighs arounds 610 grams (1.34lbs).
The camera only is 240g.
