Eyh @mothered i'm actually in a bad loop with stupid operators.... They just say again, again and again : "Send it by ups" whereas I copy paste the url about sending dangerous material is illegal for amzn...

I have printscreens with an operator saying " yes you can send it back even, if the battery is leaking, even if it was burning... Just take it and put it in a box!" ic:

I really don't know what to do now... I had tons of operators more stupid than the others.... Try to talk with a superior but can't access to a c lvl... They always say its scheduled, they will call you soon, they never call..
