I have gotten them. They arrived all on the same day (the tires) but I'm not able to refund them it seems .

I didn't have the option online so I called, I spoke with someone on The phone who said they processed the refund, But an hour later I got an email saying that I could not get a refund because the shipping says they were delivered and to either open and claim with FedEx or my bank.

I called back and I had another representative tell me that to ignore the email and he double checked and they were going to process my refund in 24 to 48 hours.

That was 5 days ago and nothing. I called back and now the person on the phone says I have to call my local Walmart auto center for the refund. Which doesn't make any sense. And the two representatives on the phone that confirmed the refund didn't send any emails to show proof of what they told me so I'm out of luck, I don't know what to do next
