Turned out  to be hours away. Over live chat the service rep is already escalating the case and I will receive an email about my refund within 1-3  business days (I can't use the watch until after that happens). Fingers crossed

Shit, I didn't save the chat logs. Not word for word but along the lines of "I went ahead and escalated your claim and you should receive an email in 1-3 business days regarding your refund. You will be able to respond to that email with any questions/concerns as you will have a 1 on 1 personal experience with a representative."
I'm assuming they are opening an investigation or something, though they wont get far. I stated the apple watch was not in the box when i opened it, and the watch weighs like 51g max. They are probably gonna try and wait and see if the watch is turned on/linked to icloud, which i wont be doing until the refund comes through.

Nike are taking long with investigations, for my dna its been nearly 2 weeks!
