Can I order something else in the account to make it less suspicious?

There's no need to order anything else, suspicion will definitely not be raised.

Does it matter if the other item I’m getting is sold by a different company but is shipped by Amazon through prime ?

It's still part of Amazon's Inventory, so It's fine.
