Can the wrong the item be a different electronic item sold by Amazon or should it be similar?

Any stock Item of theirs, preferably from the same category/department.

Also purchased on a different account and sent to another address.

Placed the order a couple days ago on both orders let’s see how this goes. Can I order something else in the account to make it less suspicious?
