So I’ve successfully SEd Amazon for a pair of HyperX headphones worth around £80. I called them up and gave them some DNA BS and after calling 2 days later they offered a refund or replacement. I’m planning on double dipping  so I chose the replacement option. Any advice on how to go about the second stage of the double dip? I want this to 100% work. FYI I also paid using amazon gift  and partially via debit for shipping. Thanks guys.
