Ups are saying its microsofts fault for it going missing and gave me a reference number which i gave to them but yet they redirected me back to ups n then eventually said they found package empty, when i asked for proof he went what 'proof of the empty package haha?' basically taunting me lmaooo

You shouldn't be running back and forth trying to sort out the claim, that's the company's job, not yours.

Request an escalation.

Give them a receipt. Any decent boxer will have a receipt service. Chances are they've just posted empty envelopes and been caught.

You should have the tracking number (as will they). I don’t know why they’d want a UPS receipt.  What does it show?

Says investigation opened and they said the investigation is done and that they found the empty package, then asked for a pop
