I don't think they specified, but I told them that only the case and airpods were missing, so I'm assuming they want everything other than those.

No, they told me to return the box without the airpods and case. So i guess i answered my own question. Also, they asked me to go into any jbhifi store to return the box and that they will inspect it before anything.
