It absolutely bamboozles me as to why they ask for photos of an empty box too... but if it makes them happy then sure haha.

Started live chat said box was empty and that I was confused the usual plan dumb stuff, they asked for photos so sent the photos and boom Email next day conforming refund.

I'm at a loss as to why companies request photos of the empty box.

It serves no purpose to verify claims of missing goods. That aside, congrats on the refund.
