Post delivery update:

I received the parcel yesterday, went on live chat today and claimed DNA. Senior Team to investigate and get back to me.

Thank you for waiting. Here's what I will do to help
you out. Since you have not received the item you
paid for, I will escalate your concern to out Senior
Team team so they can have this investigated
further and have you refunded for the £252.05 if
approved on inspection.

This process usually takes 5-8 working days to
complete. Holidays and weekends are not
included. But, as soon as we received a response
from them, I will send you an email for an update
right away.
