As you've discussed, you're very limited with methods, so you can use the disposed of the faulty Item.
Hum... Sad to don't use the "bad situation" of Amzn with me,. with their 2x products stolen during the delivery (I didn't have to claim, they just call the 2nd time to apologizes and the guy told me they have lot of intern troubles these times) It's like they own me something..+ they know they have intern issues (prime days + summer holiday = less workers + not regular workers)
But I know you're an expert @mothered so will trust your advice. Maybe, saying someting like "during a shooting in the street, the camera was pretty hot and and a strange smell coming. I just let it on the floor, wait and see some smoke poping out. was affraid than the camera explose in the street and i think i see a strange liquid near the battery, but cause we scared we just drop it and left "
What do you think?
