Between the "sealed method"  = I just explain nothing about the reason why I return it. I have not open it, I juste don't want it anymore. Send it back and if they spot the difference. Idk nothring about it.

As said, Amazon has significantly tightened their return policy and along with Apple, they're checking sealed box returns. If the correct product hasn't been returned, they'll decline your refund. Moreover, It's their policy to dispose of the wrong Item you've sent back.

Or I tell them, there is a problem with the product. I can't find how adjust language,... maybe there is a problem.... it pissed me of, I send it back.

When reporting a problem, It'll give them every reason to thoroughly check the return.
