Edit: how is the boxer supposed what amount to charge if it's a %? U can just send him a fake invoice. That wouldn't work. It's always a flat fee.

Nah it's pelretty common for people to sell refunds as a %. It's not for stores like or Adidas though, they are simple ftid.

It's generally for stores harder to hit and over £500. People will happily pay £200 for a £1k phone or laptop. Even if you pay £1k for a £5k order you'd make a few k profit from selling the items on.

If you pay £15 for a boxer on a £5k order don't expect it to work.
