i have the return receipt, and emails confirming it has been returned.

Bascially they are saying that even though i returned the item, the orders for which i claimed i didnt gt it and i got a reorder shouldnt have happened, therefore they are holding onto the money as they think i have the product and i shouldnt have had reorders in the first place.

Basically they know they were being idiots and they are trying to cover their asses. Personally i dont know how i coudl lose the chargeback. I sent NEXT an email just know explainng all this and how they are taking the piss quite frankly.

They've mismanaged your claim and from what you've described, I can't see a chargeback failing.
