If anyone is still looking for help, let me know. I was pretty shocked that the verification issue was so difficult so I kept going and finally got an exec email about it and they told me they wouldn't reinstate it because while it's on the verification page, it's actually been closed for violating the terms and conditions. I didn't realize if they close your account for a non-verification issue, they leave it on the verification page requesting documents. My confidence has risen but I'm pissed I did all that work for nothing.
