Allow a few days to pass (giving time for the Injury to heal), and then tell them the doctor advised that the Injury was superficial, hence he could not provide a medical report specifically for the Incident.

I definitely want it to be a little worse than that. (not actually poor kid!)

I'm going to write a note, but not necessarily as a doctor. Theyll be an actual doctor, just possibly deceased atm. Kind of scared of this part because it could turn into a shkt show.
